Morgan brings a holistic approach to qualitative research that is driven by a diverse, business-focused background. Her experience includes both marketing and quant research – having worked across industries such as higher education, hospitality, social media, and event management. Morgan’s prior work led her to qualitative research, a natural fit where she is passionate about uncovering the insights that will drive organizational action, by amplifying the voice of the consumer where it matters most.
Morgan approaches every challenge with a positive, “can-do” attitude and has an exceptional ability to make connections – making her a natural moderator. Well-versed in traditional and digital methodologies, she understands the critical importance of selecting the appropriate methodology to meet the research and business objectives. Morgan has worked with world-class brands such as Chase, Citi, Fidelity, LinkedIn, Disney, Mattel, and Nickelodeon.
Morgan is a graduate of Suffolk University, with a B.S. in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, and an MBA in Marketing. She volunteers her time mentoring undergraduate students and is a frequent guest lecturer for the Department of Marketing. Morgan is on the University’s Sawyer Business School Board of Directors and Marketing Education Advisory Council.
