Morgan brings over 20 years of leadership and general management experience to his roles as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer. He joined CMB in 2009, and is directly responsible for the company’s client services, fielding & vendor management, marketing, information security, finance & accounting, information technology, human resources, legal, facilities, and administrative functions.

He is a collaborative change agent with proven ability developing strategies, and driving execution to achieve successful client, colleague, and business outcomes. Prior to joining CMB, Morgan worked for several businesses at Fidelity Investments in a variety of finance, client service and operations executive positions.

Morgan holds an M.B.A. from Babson College and a B.S. in Business Administration from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
