Lauren Goncz is an Insights Director on the Accelerate team. Driven by her curiosity and tenacity, Lauren relishes in crafting creative, streamlined approaches for complex problems and business objectives. Lauren joined CMB in 2023, bringing 6 years of experience leading custom market research studies. She has worked with B2B and B2C companies across a range of industries, including finance, technology, entertainment, healthcare, and food & beverage. At CMB, Lauren has had the pleasure of working with clients such as Microsoft, Chase, Disney, Pearson, AARP, and American Family Mutual Insurance. Her project experience includes concept testing, new product development, brand tracking, and more.

Lauren’s passions – learning, observing human behavior, creativity, problem-solving, and agility – drive her both professionally and personally. In her free time, you can find Lauren watching documentaries and reality TV, “fixing” things around the house, and crafting. Lauren earned her B.A. in Advertising/Public Relations and her M.S. in Marketing Research from Michigan State University.
