Jen brings over 15 years of market research expertise, specializing in leading and overseeing complex research engagements for Fortune 500 companies, including Airbnb and Mattel. She has a proven track record of delivering insights across a diverse range of industries, including travel & hospitality, media & entertainment, financial services, and technology.

An expert in kids’ research, Jen has deep knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies tailored to younger audiences. She is also a key contributor to the development of CMB’s proprietary psychology-based research approaches, such as Habit Loops, BrandFx, and emotion-driven frameworks, helping clients uncover the “why” behind consumer behavior.

Jen is passionate about simplifying research results into clear, actionable insights, using storytelling to help clients connect with and understand the data.

She earned her BS in Business Administration (Marketing concentration) from Boston University’s School of Management.

In addition to driving the sales of CMB’s products and services, Jen is an integral part of transforming how business feels through the partnership and collaboration across the ITA Group enterprise. The community of companies is comprised of CMB, Hartmann Studios, NKD, HTK, ITA Group, and International Travel Associates.
