Emily joined CMB in July 2017 as an Associate Researcher and has since advanced into the Data Management Director role, having worked with clients such as Scientific Games, CareCredit, Fidelity, American Express, and Instagram. She has worked on a variety of studies focusing on brand tracking, new product development, and customer experience, and has been exposed to different analytical tools such as MaxDiff, Treenet, and segmentations.
Emily graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in Psychology.
