Emily Meier joined CMB as an Insights Consultant in October of 2022, bringing with her experience in psychology, education, and research. Emily quickly found a love for qualitative work and has since moved into her current role as a Moderator after completing Burke training. Emily’s approach to qualitative research emphasizes collaboration and teamwork. She approaches everything with a calm, confident presence and is willing to take anything on, including testing of our new AI methodologies and tools.

Emily received her BS in Psychology from The Ohio State University, MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and a PhD in Occupational Health Psychology from East Carolina University. ​
