With extensive experience on both the client and supplier side, she has led U.S. and international research initiatives, driving impactful insights across industries. She is also a dedicated mentor and leader, guiding a dynamic team of qualitative project managers to deliver high-quality, strategic insights.
She earned her MBA in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University and her BS in Business Administration from Colby-Sawyer College. Christelle is also fluent in French, Kinyarwanda, and a bit of Chinese.
