Courtnie joined CMB in 2019 and has spent her career as a researcher helping her clients make an impact at their organization. With over 20 years experience on both the client and vendor side, she enjoys figuring out the answers to tough questions and helping clients get the insights they need. She has deep experience in brand measurement/engagement, product and marketing communications, and innovative solutions. When she isn’t working, she is usually traveling with her husband, being a loving dog mom, or cheering on the Michigan State Spartans. She has her undergraduate degree from Michigan State and her MBA from Oakland University.
In addition to driving the sales of CMB’s products and services, Courtnie is an integral part of transforming how business feels through the partnership and collaboration across the ITA Group enterprise.
